1. No Refund or Cancellation After Payment

Once the payment is successfully completed, no refund or cancellation will be allowed.
Since the diet plan is a digital product, it is delivered instantly after payment and cannot be returned or canceled.


2. Exceptions

Refunds or cancellations will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If a duplicate payment occurs due to a technical error.

  • If the payment is successful but the PDF file is not received.

  • If the payment was made by mistake and verified by our team within a short, valid time frame.

All refund approvals will be at the sole discretion of DFitvelo.

4. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved:

5. No Refunds After Product Delivery
