Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Digital Product Delivery

All our diet plans are digital products delivered in PDF format.
Once your payment is successfully completed, the download link or file access will be automatically shared with you on the order confirmation page and/or via your registered email address.


2. No Physical Shipping

Since our diet plans are 100% digital, no physical shipping is involved.
You will not receive any physical copies by courier or postal service.


3. Delivery Time

The PDF diet plan is usually delivered instantly after successful payment.
In some rare cases, delivery may take up to 1–2 hours due to server delays or technical issues.


4. In Case of Non-Delivery

If you have successfully made the payment but did not receive the PDF file:

  • Please check your spam or promotions folder in your email.

  • If you still can’t find the file, contact us at 📩

  • Provide your Transaction ID or Order ID and a screenshot of the payment confirmation.


5. Responsibility

Once the PDF file has been delivered or made accessible to you, DFitvelo is not responsible for any loss, misplacement, or deletion of the file from your end. We recommend saving a secure copy immediately after download.
